Code of Conduct (For Students)
At Sun Gate Language School, we expect all students to demonstrate respectful, responsible, and ethical behavior at all times. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards that help us maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for everyone.
Respect for Others
Students must treat all peers, teachers, and school staff with respect. Bullying or any form of verbal or physical abuse is strictly forbidden and will be dealt with seriously.
Academic Honesty
Students are expected to be honest in all academic work. Cheating, plagiarism, or copying homework or assignments is not allowed. Every student is encouraged to do their best with integrity.
Personal Responsibility
All students are responsible for their actions. This includes being punctual, attending classes regularly, following school rules, and completing homework and assignments on time.
Respect for School Property
Students should care for all school property, including classrooms, materials, books, and furniture. Any damage or vandalism will be the student's responsibility and may result in disciplinary action.
Behavior in Classrooms and Common Areas
Students must maintain appropriate behavior during class and in all areas of the school. Disruptive actions that affect others' learning will not be tolerated. Students are expected to follow directions from teachers and staff at all times.
Dress Code & Grooming
Students are required to wear the complete school uniform neatly and correctly. Shoes must be black or white. Hair must be of natural color and tied up if long. Makeup, visible tattoos, and excessive accessories are not permitted.
Use of Electronics
Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the school buildings. If seen, they will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day. Toys are also not permitted at school.
Cleanliness & Environment
Students must keep the school clean and litter-free. Everyone is responsible for maintaining a neat, hygienic, and organized school environment.

The school bus schedule becomes final by the second week of the academic year. Any issues with transportation must be reported to the school administration.
